I had to dedicate this post to my girl Whitney Houston! Whitney is one of The Greatest Entertainers of ALL Time. I LOVED me some Whitney Houston growing up. I remember dancing in my room to my I'm Your Baby Tonight tape (yes, tape) as a Pre-Teen. And I wanted my jeans cut just like hers were in the video. Yessssssssss Honey! I was then amazed at how she made HISTORY with The Bodyguard Movie and Soundtrack. I still have my VHS tapes of her Award Show performances during that era. I will NEVER forget listening to her concert in South Africa over the radio, before it even aired on TV. Such a beautiful lady and a tremendous talent. I have ALWAYS been a fan, and I ALWAYS will be! R.I.P. Whitney!!!!
I hope you enjoyed my little Picture Tribute to Whitney. She has shown us so much of her through the years. That voice, larger than life 80's hair, her fashionable style, and her incomparable success. I admire Whitney and her incredible journey to the top. She is not only Black History, she is American History!
